Who We’re Looking For
Driven individuals who:
- Are pursuing or have completed a degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Nutrition, Media/Marketing, or related fields
- Have a passion for performance, fitness, and helping others reach their highest potential
- Bring energy, discipline, and a growth mindset to every challenge
Internship Tracks
Performance Coaching Internship
- Assist coaches with semi-private and private training sessions
- Learn program design, client assessment, and performance progression
- Gain real-world experience coaching athletes of all levels
Nutrition Internship
- Support our Registered Dietitian in building meal plans and tracking client adherence
- Learn evidence-based nutrition strategies for performance and body composition
- Develop client communication and accountability skills
Media & Marketing Internship
- Capture and edit training sessions, testimonials, and Gryffon brand content
- Learn digital marketing strategies for social media and email campaigns
- Help grow the Gryffon community online and offline

Requirements
- Minimum commitment: 12–16 weeks (part-time or full-time options available)
- Must demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and commitment to the Gryffon Standard
- College credit available where applicable
